Graduated in Economics and Finance from Sciences PO Grenoble, Mr.  Diack has had a long and rich career at BICIS (BNP Paribas Group) where he managed the  Corporate Client Department. Prior to that, he was a Financial Analyst, an Auditor at the  General Inspection of BNPP and a Manager for Corporate Accounts. In this position, he carried  out or participated in major financial arrangements, especially related to public tender offers  and privatisations of public companies. In 2006, he joined the ADVENS Group in France, where  he was a director of several subsidiaries and is the Chairman of COPACO, which specialises in  cotton fibre trading. In 2015, Mr Diack returned to banking, joining a sub-regional banking  group where he is an independent director and Chairman of the audit committee of one subsidiary. In addition to these functions in private companies, Mr Diack is an independent  consultant specialised in financial advice to companies (structuring and search for financing).
