Our Impact
CSR at the heart of our concerns
In 2012, we joined the United Nations Global Compact, the world's largest voluntary CSR initiative. Our goal is to provide community wellbeing to our stakeholders and to spread the good practices of the UN Global Compact in Africa. Our involvement with the UN Global Compact and our commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) forms the basis of our CSR strategy, which rests on four pillars: Human Rights, International Labour Standards, Environmental Protection and Anti-Corruption.
In addition to these, we have a commitment to education and entrepreneurship, led by our Chairman and CEO.
In 2017, NEUROTECH gave a new direction to its corporate responsibility by moving its CSR communication towards the Advanced level of the United Nations Global Compact and thus became the first Senegalese and sub-regional company to reach this level of recognition.
Health project
the Health team is committed to:
- Addressing health challenges,
- enabling the targeted community to access primary care,
- ensuring the enhancement of social relationships.
Energy Saving Project
The Energy Saving Project which works to :
- Reduce NEUROTECH's electricity bill,
- reduce our carbon footprint,
- directly impact employees in saving energy within the Company and in their respective homes.
Sustainable Development Project
The Sustainable Development Project is committed to:
- Dialogue with stakeholders to create new offers, new management models and control our impacts,
- Fight against overconsumption and waste,
- Set up internal NEUROTECH workshops and awareness campaigns on local consumption and organic products,
- Pilot sustainable development projects
