He is a Telecommunications  design engineer with more than 30 years of experience in the Telecommunications, Cyber  Security and IT infrastructure fields. As a digital business leader recognised by his peers in  Senegal and Africa, he created Neurotech in 2003. Being an innovative entrepreneur with a  positive impact, Abdoulaye Mbaye has placed Global Performance (in its economic,  environmental, social and societal domains) at the heart of his corporate culture through an  inclusive and participatory management approach, punctuated by ethics, strategic vision and  good governance, as well as by CSR actions carried out regularly with his teams.
