Engineer in science, materials engineering and industrial project management, she has 10 years  of experience in project management and quality management and improvement in the  aeronautical, automotive and information systems sectors. The position of Director of  Operational Efficiency and Compliance that she holds within Neurotech, aims to control the  company's document base, to pilot the quality management system and to guarantee the rules  and procedures. She is also in charge of the control of risks and the respect of standards and  regulations. She is convinced of the relevance of collaborative work and respect for  commitments in the smooth running of human development within a structure.
