Gnagna has had a rich  career in Consulting where she has - via her consulting firm Axis Intelligent Strategy which she  launched in 2012 - accompanied leading companies in their sector who have chosen to place the  customer at the heart of their development strategy, in the definition and implementation of  Customer Satisfaction oriented solutions. As a logical extension of her activities and capitalising  on over 20 years of experience, she has launched various human capital development  programmes to improve the teams’ performance and position them as key resources, capable  of supporting growth and initiating the transformation of the company. Gnagna Mariann  KONATE, Director of Culture and Talents, is in charge of leading Neurotech's HR transformation,  in order to create an agile and adaptable organisation, able to offer a better collaborating experience and an environment that stimulates value creation while allowing teams to find a  purpose in their work.
