Over the past 16 years, she has followed a career path rich in experience. Immersed from the outset in steering, strategy and organization assignments, she led high-impact projects that gave her a good grasp of the systemic approach and created in her a great sensitivity to HR issues.
In 2014, she made the transition to HR Director at NEUROTECH and later at other large organizations in various sectors (NGO, BIG4 consultancy, UN) and on her own.
Back at NEUROTECH, Aminata is leading an ambitious transformation project, focusing not only on processes geared towards the “future of work”, but also, and above all, on hard-hitting HR Marketing.
At NEUROTECH, Aminata led the 2 ISO 9001 certifications, versions 2008 and 2015, obtained BMN support for the 2 company upgrade plans, set up HR procedure manuals and piloted the implementation of the CRM and HRIS. In 2023, she also created a department dedicated to training, upgraded the compensation mechanism and integrated QWL into HR procedures.
In the performance of her duties, Aminata is rigorous and strives for excellence. She excels at solving complex problems and managing change, and is keen to pass on to her colleagues the secrets of impeccable work.
Aminata defines herself as a “Slasher”, working on several fro
