Mama Kambe holds a degree in Computer Science from the Ecole Supérieure Polytechnique de Dakar and a master’s degree in Computer Science from the Université Gaston BERGER de Saint Louis. Mrs Kambe has a strong experience in the management and implementation of IT data centres with more than 13 years of experience. She has held various positions at Neurotech in pre-sales, design, delivery, consulting and data support. From a Senior Project Manager position, Kambe was appointed Head of the Datacenter department in January 2018. Appointed as Director of the Foundation and Support services division at the beginning of 2021, she manages a team of Delivery and Support engineers at the head office and in all the group's subsidiaries. This division consists of Datacenter, Security and Network engineers. Among other things, Kambe is responsible for the proper execution of services within the framework of projects and support service contracts with customers. She ensures that the service delivery methodology meets international standards, monitors the development of the teams' skills and performance indicators, and develops and directs the division's activities in line with the company's strategy.
