Paintball is a sport activity, which does not require any particular skills, nor does it require you to be a sports fan. It develops trust between teammates, initiative, reactivity and reflection and also provides strong sensations and emotions as an instinctive opposition sport. Teams develop collective strategies to achieve a goal while emphasising communication, support and solidarity between members.
