Logistic Assistant

The objective of the position is to assist the Head of the Logistics Department in all his missions related to the supply chain.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Management of receipts and shipments 
  • Follow-up of transport quotations
  • Edition of transport and delivery documents
  • Follow-up of customs files
  • Follow-up of the relationship with the forwarding agents Reporting activities
  • Delivery / customs clearance forecasts
  • Daily reporting on the progress of files + recommendations
  • Activity report

Profile required

  • Bac + 2 Transport and Logistics 
  • At least 2 years experience in the field
