Logistic Assistant
The objective of the position is to assist the Head of the Logistics Department in all his missions related to the supply chain.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Management of receipts and shipments
- Follow-up of transport quotations
- Edition of transport and delivery documents
- Follow-up of customs files
- Follow-up of the relationship with the forwarding agents Reporting activities
- Delivery / customs clearance forecasts
- Daily reporting on the progress of files + recommendations
- Activity report
Profile required
- Bac + 2 Transport and Logistics
- At least 2 years experience in the field

- Mastery of purchasing, commercial management and office automation tools
- Knowledge of logistics management techniques
- Knowledge of customs regulations
